Visit the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific"

Most of Kauai’s major geologic features can be viewed on this tour, including Waimea Canyon, Mt. Waialeale (on clear days), the Olokele Plateau, the Na Pali Coast, and the Mana Coastal Plain with the island’s only black (volcanic) sand beach and the state’s longest and biggest white sand beaches.

Stops include some of the Waimea Canyon overlooks, the Na Pali Coast lookouts at the end of Kokee State Park road, and several localities along the west coast of the island from Waimea and Kekaha Beaches to Polihale Beach. Lunch is usually in Kokee State Park near the museum and bookstore. Depending on weather and trail conditions, short hikes are made at several localities in the canyon and along the coast.
